The following is a 41 page response to an application for a protective order filed by one David Roskoph against your's truly. The application was dismissed. Coward was too chickensh** to show his face in court after I filed this. I'd say it was due to my imrpessive legal prowess, but to be honest, the man gave me more than enough rope to hang him from the cieling fan in the courtroom just by being a pathological liar and fraud. Not to mention Claude came through with...FLYING colors. What boggles the mind is...the man wasnt even living in a glass house, he was essentially naked on the street when he chose to throw words at me and start some sh** when I was just minding my own business on my own property.
